We care deeply about wellbeing and value physical and mental health equally. We encourage generous time off to restore, recharge and rebuild.

To help us create a culture where speaking about wellbeing is not only perfectly acceptable but an essential part of our DNA, we provide wellbeing tips and resources and share our stories in a public forum. Our managers are MHFA trained and we have an Employee Assistance Programme.
