We value inclusivity, open-mindedness, autonomy and diversity. Our talented team is dedicated, supportive and friendly and we have fostered a working environment that is positive, stimulating and inclusive. We place a big emphasis on candid feedback that comes from a place of generosity and care.
The wellbeing of our teammates is important to us and we care about the people around us. We are committed to creating a workplace where we can all grow, thrive and enjoy the ride.
To find out more about what drives us, how we like to work and what we hold dear, have a look at our Culture Deck and company Playbook.
We provide an individual learning budget, personal development plans, levelling & progression frameworks, coaching and ongoing learning opportunities to support the continuous growth of our team members.
To ensure that everyone can take control of their own learning and development, we make access to learning as effortless as possible.
We recognise that everyone has a contribution to make to our society and a right to equal opportunities is a right for all.
We are committed to providing a working environment where everyone can be their authentic self and individual differences and contributions of all team members are recognised, valued and actively celebrated.
We care deeply about wellbeing and value physical and mental health equally. We encourage generous time off to restore, recharge and rebuild.
To help us create a culture where speaking about wellbeing is not only perfectly acceptable but an essential part of our DNA, we provide wellbeing tips and resources and share our stories in a public forum. Our managers are MHFA trained and we offer a ‘Safe Space to Talk’ weekly.
We all have an optimum rhythm and the values of ownership, responsibility and autonomy are ones we hold dear. We value personal wellbeing and fully support flexible/remote working which we won’t restrict unless absolutely necessary.
We have a flexible and hybrid-remote ethos and have adopted ‘remote-first’ principles. Our guiding principles around documentation, visibility and social interactions help us ensure we can continue our work productively and successfully, regardless of everyone’s location.
We are currently operating in the UK, US and the Netherlands and most of our team of 80+ are based around Brighton and London (UK), NYC (US), and in Amsterdam (NL).
We believe in diverse teams where everyone can be themselves to deliver their best work. Our hiring process is much more around aptitude and passion so don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or you don’t check off all the skills and experience listed on the job description you’re applying for – we’d love to hear from you anyway!
