Whether you want to make a claim or simply tell us about a little bump or scrape, even if you’re not wanting to claim, let us know within 24 hours and we can help take the stress away.

What to do if you are involved in an incident

Stay safe:

If you are still at the scene of an incident, make sure you and any passengers are safe. If needed, contact the emergency services.

If another person is involved:

Ask for the following information:

  • Full name
  • Vehicle registration
  • Telephone number

If they are happy to share this with you then it would also be beneficial to get their:

  • Address
  • Insurance company name

Extra information:

Take photos of the damage to your vehicle and anyone else involved. If there is any dashcam footage that will be very useful also.

If there are any witnesses, ask for their contact details too.

You must report any claim, accident or loss (regardless of fault) involving you or your vehicle within 24 hours if possible. The sooner you tell us the quicker we can take the stress away.
