We hope you're never involved in an incident, but if you are, you’re in safe hands.
The sooner you report an incident, fire, or theft, the better. You may have to pay a higher policy excess if you register a claim more than 24 hours after it occurred.
Involved in an incident? Take note of this information if you can
The full name, contact details and vehicle registration of anyone else involved
The address and insurance provider of any third-parties involved (if available)
Count the number of passengers in your vehicle and any other vehicles involved
Contact details of any witnesses
Details of the incident including damage to vehicles, property or injuries
Photos and dashcam footage (if available)
Take a note of any emergency services if present. If police attended take the name and number of any police officers
