You’ll find your policy number on your FH1 or insurance card, Declarations Page, or Certificate(s) of Liability.
Alternatively, log in to your INSHUR account. Your policy number will appear at the top of the ‘policy details’ page.
Step 1: log in to your INSHUR account
Step 2: select ‘manage payment details’ on your dashboard and enter the email address associated with your policy. You’ll now receive a verification email
Step 3: open the email and click ‘log in’
Step 4: on the payment page, enter your new default payment details
