Renewing your policy with INSHUR means you’ll continue to have access to top-rated TLC and livery insurance from Uber’s preferred US partner.

Step 1: log in to your account
Step 2: select the ‘quotes’ tab
Step 3: click ‘view annual quote’
Step 4: review your policy, select your coverage option (Silver or Gold), and click ‘continue’.
Step 5: confirm your details and complete the payment process.
You’ll receive your policy documents by email as soon as your payment goes through.
You’ll receive an email seven days before the end of your current policy to let you know it’s time to renew. We’ll also update you on any changes to your hourly premium.
Once you’ve successfully renewed your policy, you’ll be covered for another 90 days.
*If you don’t want to renew your policy or would like to opt out of auto-renewal, please log in to your Dashboard to update your renewal.
You can access your policy documents via your original confirmation email or your INSHUR account. To access your documents online:
Step 1: select your region and log in to your account
Step 2: click the ‘view documents’ tab
Step 3: select the document you want to review from the list
Step 4: click the download icon in the top right corner
Step 5: save the document to your computer or click 'print' if you'd like a physical copy
Renew your policy at any time from your INSHUR account. Simply log in and follow the on-screen instructions.
You don't need to take any action, as the same wallet will be used, and any funds left will be automatically carried over to the new insurance policy.
Your next payment will be taken when your current wallet balance drops below the equivalent of 16 hours of your hourly premium.
If you need to make any changes to your Pay-As-You-Dash policy, you can log in to your dashboard, update your details, and get a new quote.
The automatic renewal is based on your current policy details, so you must confirm and purchase any changes before the renewal date.
If you wish to make changes within the seven days prior to your renewal date, you need to contact the Customer Support team at help@inshur.com to ensure the changes are applied.
If we can't renew your Pay-As-You-Dash policy because of a technical error, we will email you.
You will then need to log in to your account to process the renewal manually.
You can opt out of your Pay-As-You-Dash for DoorDash delivery partners renewal up to 7 days before your renewal date. To do this yourself online, click here.
If you do not want your policy to renew or wish to opt out of automatic renewal within 7 days of your renewal, you must contact the Customer Support team at help@inshur.com before your renewal date to let them know.
