If you currently pay to a Credit Provider for an existing INSHUR policy, your renewal will be paid by 12 monthly instalments with no deposit.
If you’re not currently paying by a credit provider, but wish to renew and spread the cost this way, you’ll need to pay a 10% deposit and a further 11 monthly instalments.

Provided you have made no payments to Premium Credit Limited we can process this for you.
If there has been a payment made to Premium Credit Limited you will need to contact them on 0344 381 9103 and make a one off payment directly to them.
If your annual or 30-day policy has auto-renewed and you didn't want it to then please email us at help@inshur.com so we can discuss it.
Short Term/ 30 Day Policies:
You may cancel the policy at any time; however due to the short term nature of Your policy, no refund of Premium will be payable in the event of cancellation.
Annual Policies: (Assuming no claims have been made during the current Period of Insurance)We will charge/refund the proportional (pro-rata) amount of the Premium which applies to the remaining Period of Insurance, subject to a minimum amount of £25, plus insurance premium tax (IPT) where applicable, less any fees.

If you are paying for your annual policy by instalments, Premium Credit Ltd will notify you of any balance payable/refund due, as per the terms and conditions of your finance agreement with them, less any fees.
If you are a Pay as you Flex policy holder you can now cancel your policy directly from your dashboard page. Log in and select CANCEL, follow the steps on the screen and you will receive a confirmation message once it has been completed.
Please note that it can take up to 7 days to calculate how much of a refund you are due on your account whilst we wait for block data from Amazon. Once this amount has been calculated it can take up to a further 5 working days depending on your bank to reach your account.
You can manually renew your policy directly from your INSHUR account. Simply log in to INSHUR and follow the instructions on the dashboard.
If you want to stop your policy auto-renewing we offer two ways to do this:
1. You can opt out of your renewal up to 7 days before your renewal date. To do this, log in to your Dashboard and click on "My Renewal". If you wish to opt-out please untick the box and then click Done
2: Please refer to your renewal quote email. Simply click the button that says 'OPT ME OUT OF MY AUTO RENEWAL' and your policy will be updated.
If you would still like to renew your insurance with us, you will be able to do this manually after opting out of your auto-renewal. Log in to your Dashboard here to review and accept your renewal quote.
If you don't do this your policy will end on the policy expiry date detailed in your renewal communications.
