Buy your INSHUR Pay As You Flex Insurance online through the website and claim a £10 gift card from a choice of, Halfords, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrisons. 

The first 5000 Amazon Flex drivers who sign up for an INSHUR policy and work a block using their INSHUR wallet will be selected to receive a £10 voucher. If you are one of the first 5000 you will receive your £10 gift voucher via email.

These terms and conditions apply to the Reward of an, Halfords, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons Gift Card** offer (the “Offer”) and by making a claim for a Gift Card** you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, therefore, please read carefully. 

The Offer is being promoted and provided by INSHUR UK Limited, Registered office at 1 Jubilee Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1GE, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”)

This offer is not available outside of the UK and will be provided to the first 5000 applicants/claimants of the offer.

  1. The Offer is only open to UK residents (excluding employees of the Promoter, third parties involved in the Promotion and their families) who are aged 18 years and above who purchase, an INSHUR Pay As You Flex insurance policy (the “Pay As You Flex Policy”)  online via a link provided by Amazon** from the Promoter’s website/app third party site/app from date to date.
  1. Customers will be eligible and entitled to claim the Gift Card once their first driven block of chargeable cover has been charged to their Pay As You Flex wallet, this must be within the first 45 days from the date of purchase of your first Pay As You Flex Policy.  
  1. Each eligible customer will receive an email from the Promoter within 40 days of the first block charged to their Pay As You Flex Policy wallet. The email will contain details of how to claim your Gift Card. Please note emails will be sent to the email address used to purchase the Pay As You Flex policy. Please ensure that emails from are accepted into your inbox and do not end up in your junk/ spam or promotional folder.
  1. All Gift Card claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the email from the Promoter (not the date your Pay As You Flex policy starts) and your Pay As You Flex policy must still be active at the time you claim. If you do not claim within 30 days of receiving this email you will no longer be eligible to receive the Gift Card. 
  1. Upon receipt of the email from the Promoter you will need to follow the link contained in the email and confirm your name and/or Pay As You Flex policy number to claim. Once the customer details have been validated you will be given your Gift Card code.
  1. You can take advantage of this Offer only once. If you purchase multiple Pay As You Flex insurance policies during the Offer Period, this Offer will be applicable only in respect to the first Pay As You Flex insurance policy that you take out in your name during the Offer Period. In cases where the Policy bought is a joint policy, you will still only be able to claim one Gift Card.
  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or anybody else in connection with the offer. 
  1. These terms and conditions shall only apply between you and the Promoter. Unless otherwise stated, no other person may benefit from or rely upon these terms and conditions.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point without notice. Any amendments will be published on the INSHUR website.
  1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond our reasonable control.
  1. All Rewards/Offers are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute or remove any Reward/Offer at any time. In the event an advertised reward/offer subsequently becomes unavailable, we will provide an alternative at our discretion. 
  1. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Amazon, Halfords, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons.
  1. This offer and code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, such as discounts, gifts, commission rebates or price matching unless advised otherwise. 
  1. There are no cash alternatives and the offer, codes, discounts or items provided have no cash value. We cannot provide you with a cash equivalent refund.
  1. The Promoter may rely on the accuracy of the information provided by you and third-party providers to verify your entitlement to Rewards/offers. We accept no responsibility for any delay, failure, or error by a third-party provider in notifying us that a Product has been taken.
  1. If the Promoter is unable to verify your entitlement to the offer we reserve the right to revoke your offer as applicable. You will be informed of this and given 30 days to supply additional verification information. If you do not provide the Promoter with the information requested and we are unable to verify your entitlement to the offer, the Promoter will revoke your offer as applicable.
  1. This offer/code is non-transferable, is for your personal use only and may not be sold, lent or gifted to any third party;
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to revoke either or both your Pay As You Flex insurance policy (as per the policy terms and conditions) and / or your offer as applicable if you:
  • Breach or attempt to breach any of these, our general or Pay As You Flex Policy terms and conditions;
  • Sell or distribute the offer/code to third parties (including but not limited to sale via auction sites or forums);
  • Abuse or attempt to abuse the code or use of the code (such as abusing code redemptions); or
  • Undertake activity which, in the Promoter sole opinion, constitutes misuse or abuse of the offer, website, App or Your Account;
  1. Third-party providers will be unable to assist you with any enquiries on the Reward/Offer; therefore, in the event you have any queries or disputes please contact INSHUR directly at [email protected].
  1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
  1. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
