It’s important you answer all questions honestly. You must provide accurate and complete information when using this platform so that we can provide an appropriate price and policy. If you input incomplete or incorrect information whilst using this platform and enter into a policy of insurance with INSHUR on the basis of that information, your insurance policy may be void, not fully meet your insurance needs and/or not pay out on any claims.

Please read through the following documents for the product you require:

Insurance Intermediary Services

When you take out an insurance policy through us You will enter into two separate contracts.

The first contract is with INSHUR and sets out the terms and conditions under which INSHUR will arrange and administer any insurance policies on your behalf and any fee(s) that we shall charge you for providing our insurance intermediary services. INSHUR’s ‘Terms of Business’ document details the terms You have provided Your informed agreement to.

You will also enter into a separate contract with the Insurance Company and INSHUR for providing your insurance policy and other related services. Details of the premium charged and the terms and conditions relevant to the insurance policy are set out during your quote and in your Welcome Pack.

When you purchase additional products or pay for your policy by instalments using premium finance, you will enter into further contracts with each insurer or supplier for these services.

Whose products are offered?

INSHUR acting as an Insurance Intermediary and Credit Broker provide Insurance products and Premium Finance from single providers.

Credit is subject to status and affordability and is provided by Credit Providers with whom INSHUR have a commercial relationship.

How we will use your data

We will use your data for the purposes of providing your quote which may include sharing data with our insurers.

We, our insurers or credit provider may carry out checks with external databases such as credit reference agencies and publicly available sources of information as part of this process for fraud prevention, to verify the information you provide and to assist us in providing the quote.

The credit search will not be visible to other lenders on your credit report if you only obtain a quote from us. If you take out a policy and choose to pay by monthly instalments, you will enter into a credit agreement, where a record of the search will then be visible to other lenders and details of your credit agreement will appear on your credit report.
