Still onboarding with Amazon Flex?

If you have initiated the process of getting a Pay as you Flex quote and we were unable to verify your Amazon Flex delivery partner status, please check the Amazon Flex app and ensure that you have reached the correct onboarding step before requesting a Pay as you Flex quote.

If you are an existing delivery partner with Amazon Flex: Please ensure all your details are correct and match your Amazon Flex account.

If you are a in the process of onboarding with Amazon Flex: Please check that you have reached the following onboarding screen within the Amazon Flex app and have selected the “I want to purchase a ‘Pay As You Go’ insurance policy with INSHUR.” option.

Here is what you should see in the Amazon Flex app, before you continue requesting an INSHUR quote from us.

Our policies renew automatically, based on the terms of your current policy. You don’t have to pay any renewal fees and your current wallet balance will carry over to your new policy.

You’ll receive an email seven days before the end of your current policy to let you know it’s time to renew. We’ll also update you on any changes to your hourly premium.

Once you’ve successfully renewed your policy, you’ll be covered for another 90 days.

*If you don’t want to renew your policy or would like to opt out of auto-renewal, please log in to your Dashboard to update your renewal.

Our Pay as You Flex policy covers Amazon Fresh and Amazon parcel deliveries only. If you drive for multiple companies, you’ll need a dedicated fast food delivery or courier policy.
